What we use it for: to handle your booking and rental (our contract with you); to meet our legal obligations — the register of vehicle rentals that we must send to the Spanish Ministry of the Interior (Royal Decree 933/2021, kept for 3 years), identifying the driver for traffic fines, and accounting; to protect our motorcycles with GPS trackers, as described in our rental terms; and to answer your questions.

Who receives it: public authorities when the law requires it; insurers and roadside assistance when needed; and service providers working for us, such as Booqable (booking system), Stripe (payments — we never see or store your card details), SIZZAPP (GPS), and Google and Meta (only after you accept cookies). Some providers are based in the United States and protect your data under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Marketing: we only send you news and offers if you have agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Your rights: you can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or ask for a copy, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
