We prioritize the security of our motorcycles and ensure a smooth rental experience for our customers. As part of our rental agreement, we require a security deposit for each bike, ranging from €600 up to €1000, depending on the model. This deposit is collected during the pick-up of the motorcycle at our office.
We accept both debit and credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. However, please note that we do not accept Maestro cards. The security deposit is processed as a pre-authorization or retention on your card, which will be blocked during the entire rental period.
Rest assured that upon the return of the motorcycle, provided there is no damage to the motorcycle or accessories, we will promptly unblock the deposit. Our goal is to ensure a hassle-free experience for our customers, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our deposit policy.
