Cancellation
During the reservation we are charging you only 50% in advance and the rest of payment is made in our shop during pick up. If the cancellation fee is lower than you already paid, we will refund you back to your card or keep you credit if you like.
If you cancel your rental
- More than 30 days before your rental starts, there's no charge.
- Between 29 to 15 days before your rental starts, you'll be charged 15% of your rental cost.
- Between 14 to 8 days before your rental starts, you'll be charged 30% of your rental cost.
- Between 7 to 1 day before your rental starts, you'll be charged 50% of your rental cost.
- If you don't show up, you'll be charged 50% of your rental cost.
Rescheduling
If you want to re-schedule
- You can change your rental dates once for a surcharge. You need to let us know at least 7 business days in advance and provide the new dates, which must be within 12 months of the original dates. The surcharge for changing dates is 20% of the original rental cost, with a minimum of 50 Euros.
Force Majeure
If you can't start or need to interrupt your rental because of events beyond your control, such as natural disasters, long-term strikes, global health alerts, or war:
- If your rental hasn't started yet, we'll keep the money you've paid and give you a credit for a future rental.
- If your rental has started and has to be interrupted, we'll keep the money you've paid and give you a credit for the unused portion towards a future rental.
This policy ensures you're not left out of pocket if things don't go as planned. We're here to support you and make your motorcycle rental experience as smooth as possible.
